Method

Six steps, applied in order, with evidence at every stage

The method is deliberately unglamorous. Most stalled growth programmes fail on evidence, ownership and verification rather than ambition.

  1. Step 1

    Clarify

Establish what the business is actually trying to achieve and how success will be measured.

  2. Step 2

    Evidence

Gather operating data, interviews and documents. Findings are validated by people, not asserted by software.

  3. Step 3

    Prioritize

Rank constraints by effect and feasibility, keeping priority separate from unverified financial benefit.

  4. Step 4

    Assign

Give every initiative a named owner, a milestone plan, and a decision record.

  5. Step 5

    Execute

Run a weekly cadence so decisions are made and blockers surface early.

  6. Step 6

    Verify

Measure the outcome. A benefit counts as verified only when an authorized reviewer confirms it.

What we will not do

  • Present an unverified estimate as a confirmed financial result.
  • Let software approve a finding that a person has not reviewed.
  • Claim sector expertise we cannot evidence.
  • Recommend work that your own data does not support.
