How we handle confidential information and claims

Advisory work depends on candour. These commitments describe how your information is protected and what we will and will not claim publicly.

  • Access is granted, never assumed

Submitting an email address, matching a company domain, appearing in our sales records or making a payment never grants access to a client organization's confidential records. Access comes only from an accepted invitation.

  • Client information stays private

Evidence, interview notes, financial data and reports are stored in private storage and are readable only by members of that client organization and the assigned advisory team.

  • Findings are approved by people

Software may draft or summarize. It cannot create evidence, approve a finding, agree a contract, change a price, confirm a financial benefit, or send outreach on our behalf.

  • Claims are evidenced or not made

We do not publish client logos, testimonials, results, certifications or awards that we cannot evidence. Illustrative examples are labelled as fictional.

  • Consent governs contact

Requested messages and opt-in updates are handled separately, and you can withdraw consent to ongoing updates at any time.

A full privacy notice and terms of business will be published here once the final legal wording is confirmed. Nothing has been invented in the meantime.
